Aveti documentul atasat, nu este mare, merita frunzarit, este interesanta, ca sa nu zic amuzanta modalitatea cum au calculat periculozitatea unei "jucarii" picate din cer.
Este clar ca scenariile s-au axat pe multicoptere, dovada fiind suprafata mica, de numai 2 dmp, luata in calcul cand s-a calculat rezistenta aerului. Un DLG are de 10x mai mult, de exemplu...
Pentru cei care nu au timp sau chef sa citeasca, concluziile:
- un obiect de 250 grame cazand de la 150m inaltime atinge la sol o viteza de 57mph
- la o asemenea viteza acest obiect lovind in cap o persoana sunt sanse 30% sa moara
- probabilitatea unui asemenea eveniment ca sa se intample este de 1 la 20 mil ore de zbor, considerata acceptabila :)
Deci verdictul: orice jucarie zburatoare peste 250g va necesita inregistrare de acum inainte, proces care se va face chiar la cumparare, dupa cum se profileaza situatia.
Si nu in ultimul rand, este interesanta componenta echipei, unii din membrii nu s-ar putea zice ca ne sunt dusmani, si destul de multi au interes sa vanda... ar fi interesant de stiut cum s-a votat :unsure:
"While general agreement was ultimately reached on the 250 gram weight, there were Task Force members who believed it was too conservative, as the weight could negatively impact the credibility of the sUAS registration program and thus lessen compliance levels because it would require registration of some sUAS generally considered to be in the “toy” category.
Others took the opposite view that there should be no registration exemption for UAS of any size."
Va fi interesant daca acest document va avea vreun impact asupra reglementarilor inca neaparute in EU, mai ales in contextul tulbure al ultimelor zile... Sa speram ca ramane 1-2 kg categoria open...
