De la inceputul week end-ului pana acuma am facut mai mult genoflexiuni logice pentru ca treaba se cam impute.. scuze inghesuie doream sa zic.
Asa ca am decupat deck-ul componentelor electronice si am facut un machetaj cu el in fuselaj. Receptorul va fi amplasat separat dar tot intr-un loc accesibil.

Dupa mai multe flotari cu cursurile de mecanisme pe cap am decis sa montez balamalele trapelor trenului de fata.
A iesit cam asa ceva pentru o parte, urmeaza si partea cealalta.

Si metoda de asigurare a balamalelor . Voi fi criticat pentru capetele aparente ale acelor dar m-am saturat sa tot pierd trapele pe campuri. Oricum nylon-ul nu prea se lipeste cu nimic sau cel putin tine de moment.

Am terminat cu trapele,cu servo si echii cu tot inclusiv preprogramarea switch-ului dar am uitat sa fac poze luat de val cu trenul principal .
Am terminat toate componentele si m-am apucat de machetaj. Surpriza cea mare a fost ca mai si merge.

Fuselaj cu rezervoare + tren principal + trape fata cu servo + valva de aer + electronic deck = 5642g
Tren fata cu servo directie = 120g
Turbina echipata = 1700
Aripi+ ampenaj+fuselaje = 2100
Alte acareturi, joining pipes etc = 875
Accu = 700
Total estimat fara vopsea si cockpit = 11137g
Sper sa ma incadrez in target.

Un filmulet cu trenul functional si programat (trapele fata) - delay de 9 sec pentru a nu crea probleme la scaderea sub 4 bari a presiunii din butelie.

Am testat sistemul cu 8 bari in butelie si asigura 10 cicluri pana la 2 bari.

Totul depinde de frecarile mecanice si de lungimea furtunelor. Exista si regulatoare pneumatice care pot fi inseriate pentru a reduce viteza sau a sincroniza miscarile dar nu este cazul sa adaug greutate.

Just one wide flat nylon hinge, it's solid enough, was really a messy job but not a pain in the ass like the brakes!

Dupa o discutie cu Dirk si o noapte alba am reusit sa montez al doilea rand de balamale pentru a castiga putina rigiditate la articulatiile trapelor de fata. Trecand peste nervii creati de alinierea axelor si de faptul ca am reusit sa sparg in dreapta o bucata sanatoasa din marginea fuselajului sunt multumit ca am reusit si ca mai si functioneaza foarte bine dupa usoara modificare a parghiilor.

Cred ca zona de fixare balamale este cea marcata in poza si deasemenea cred ca mai nimerite erau genul asta de balamale ( in poza sint din aluminiu dar merg si din fibrotextolit ) :

Nimic mai corect RD dar au fost doua constrangeri majore care nu mi-au permis montarea acelui tip de balamale:
1. Suprafetele sunt curbe , axele balamalelor nu se puteau alinia in spatiu si trebuiau facute dedicat si de dimensiuni diferite
2. Spre spate intre suportul cilindrului pneumatic si marginea fuselajului sunt numai 7-8 mm ceeace nu permitea nici o manevra
3. Peter a amplasat acele sloturi acolo in ideea ca-i vine unuia sa faca o replica scale

Balamalele din nylon sunt tapene rezista bine la solicitari si sunt si un pic flexibile ceea ce e de mare ajutor.
Voi pune ceva poze de detaliu dar momentan ma lupt cu amplasarea thrust pipe.

In acest week end DHL-ul mi-a facut bucuria cu thrust pipe-ul comandat de Dirk si cu o pereche de roti pneumatice de la Kavan. Daca diferenta de greutate este semnificativa probabil voi schimba rotile actuale.
Pentru a putea glis thrust pipe-ul in fuselaj a fost nevoie sa tai un cadru pe care l-am refact dupa acea sub forma unui cadru demonatbil. Sincer sa fiu nu cred ca era nevoie sa-l mai fac pentru ca structura este foarte rigida dar m-am gandi ca e mai bine asa pentru a descarca solicitarile de la lonjeroanele posterioare.

Ulterior am decupat din placaj usor de 4mm cuzinetul spate al thrust pipe-ului si i-am lipit trei insertii de fibra de carbon la 120 deg drept patine pentru a usura alunecarea la dilatare.

Sunt multumit de faptul ca echipat cu turbina thrust pipe si tren fara fuselajele posterioare tot catre bot se inclina suspendat pe axa centrului de greutate.

Thank you for the pipe.
Concerning hinges the new couple added stiffneted the doors very good. As wrote Fryday no chance to put pin hinges because the inside of my fuse it's diffrent of yours. On the back the gap in between the deck of the pneumatic retract and fuse border it's just 7mm and not deep enough.

You know very vell the finish quality of the kit that means painting would be an easy job!
Until painting phase remained stil the doors of the main gear and the nose gear strut.

Desi ieri am robotit cate ceva la alinierea aripilor cu marginile de la fuselaj cred ca ar fi interesant sa va prezint solutia lui Peter pentru trenul principal.

Solutia este foarte ingenioasa, inca nu m-am gandit la cinematica, actionarea este electrica dar din punct de vedere al fidelitatii nu prea bate cu moke up-ul gasit in timpul razboiului. Practic la ora actuala exista 4 kit-uri: Unul este al lui dirkcim, deja zburat cu trenul actionat electric si foarte apropiat de moke-up-ul original, al meu cu actionare pneumatica, al lui Peter cu actionare electrica. Al patrulea kit este inca in faza de studiu din cate stiu.
Si cateva detalii cu cockpit-ul lui Peter. In principiu cockpit-ul este un cockpit de FW 190 cu cateva indicatoare si switch-uri specifice jet-ului Me 262.

Urmaresc cu interes topicul , macheta este foarte interesanta , cateva poze si de anssamblu nu ar strica . Felicitari pentru solutiile alese . Si eu trec prin " chinurile facerii " a unei machete de IAR 99 . Multumim pentru poze si sa aveti mult spor la treaba !

Cred ca la tren as putea face mai mult decat doar desenele.Te pot ajuta si cu experienta si cu lectiile invatate din chichitele intalnite la mecanismele pe care le-am construit pana acuma sau pe care le-am vazut si analizat.
